By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.

We strive to provide accurate scheduling, but availability may change.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Failure to cancel in advance or missing an appointment may result in fees or refusal of future service.

3. Pet Safety & Behavior

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs prior to the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk to staff or itself.

4. Service Results

While we strive for the highest quality grooming, results may vary based on coat condition, pet behavior, and other factors.

5. Liability

Beauty's Grooming is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Allergic reactions to products
  • Minor nicks or irritation that may occur during grooming

In the event of an emergency, we will seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

7. SMS & Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your appointments, including confirmations and reminders.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
